ماهى إجراءات إنذار الطاعة ؟
- لابد ان يوفر الزوج مسكن زوجية .
- ويشترط ان المسكن يكون خالى من سكن الغير (الزوج والزوجة فقط )
- وكذلك ان يكون الزوج أمين على الزوجة نفسا ومالا .
- وان يكون المكان تأمن الزوجه على نفسها فيه .
- اذا توافرت تلك الشروط وغادرت الزوجة مسكن الزوجيه يحق للزوج , ارسال انذار الطاعه بدعوتها للرجوع فى طاعته .
والانذار يكون من ضمن إجراءات إنذار الطاعة على يد محضر .
وللزوجة حق الاعتراض خلال 30 يوم والاتصبح ناشز .
وفى كل الاحوال يحق للزوجة طلب الطلاق للشقاق فى الاعتراض على الطاعه .
هنا ننبه ان انذار الطاعه سلاح ذو حدين :
- من الممكن ان تسفاد الزوجة منه ويتم طلاقها .
- الا اذا كانت مسيئه فى حق الزوج سوف يكسب الزوج الطاعه وتصبح ناشز .

What are the procedures for warning obedience?
1. The husband must provide matrimonial housing.
2. It is required that the house be empty of others’ housing (husband and wife only)
3. The husband should also be faithful to the wife, both in person and in property.
4. That the place is where the wife can secure herself.
• If these conditions are met and the wife leaves the marital home, the husband has the right to send a warning of obedience, inviting her to return to his obedience.
The warning shall be among the procedures for warning obedience by a bailiff.
And the wife has the right to object within 30 days and it becomes discontent.
In all cases, the wife has the right to petition for divorce due to discord in objecting to obedience.
